Cancellations and Refunds
Damages: For damaged products, submit an unboxing video and keep all packaging materials within 48 hours of delivery.
Authenticity: All Dermalogy Care products are 100% authentic, sourced from authorized vendors, and labeled with barcodes and batch numbers.
Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched or updated with a tracking number due to third-party courier partnerships. Contact us for assistance.
Cancellation due to returned shipment: If your shipment is returned, a refund will be processed after quality check and within 24-48 hours.
Return and Exchange Policy
Initiate a Return Request: Within 5 days of receipt, initiate a return request. Partial returns accepted.
Replacement and Reshipping Fee: Replacement depends on stock availability; re-shipping fee of INR 150 may apply.
Return for Refund: Deduction of INR 300 for returns of non-damaged products.
